Endlich kommen wir dazu, das neue Paratech Multiforce-Hebekissen vorzustellen. Was ist das und warum ist es so besonders? Es ermöglicht Rettungskräften, einen großen, kräftigen Hub in einem Aufwasch zu erledigen. Außerdem ist es sehr schnell einsatzbereit. Gut zu sehen in diesem Video:

Finally we are able to present the new Paratech Multiforce lifting airbag. What is it and what makes it special? It provides a lot of lift span and capacity and can be put to use very quickly. As can be seen in the following video:

Zunächst: „Normale“ Hochdruck-Hebekissen sind gesetzt. Sie haben sehr viel Hubkraft, und eine geringe Einschubhöhe. Das Paratech Multiforce ist komplementär, setzt z.B. dann ein, wenn der erste Hebevorgang mit den normalen Kissen durchgeführt wurde. Das Multiforce ersetzt* die bisherigen Niederdruck-Hebekissen – es benötigt weniger Platz, hat eine größere Hubkraft und vor Allem ist es wesentlich stabiler.

Standard high pressure lifting bags are the „foundation“ of any lifting equipment as they have plenty of lifting power and a very low insertion height. The Multiforce is complementary, as it can be used following insertion after the initial lift. It replaces* low pressure bags, requires less space, has a stronger lift and is much more stable laterally.

Zum Verständnis: es handelt sich hier um ein einzelnes Kissen mit Doppelkammer. Es sind nicht zwei separate Hebekissen, die zuerst verbunden werden müssten. Die Rüstzeit ist extrem kurz. Die Armaturen sind die gleichen wir für die normalen Maxiforce-Hebekissen.

Somit benötigt man nur einmal anzuschließen, und das Kissen wird mit der Positionierungshilfe eingebracht. Zunächst füllt sich die untere Kammer, ein internes Ventil spricht bei ca. 2 bar an und leitet dann die Kraft in die obere Hälfte. Der Hebevorgang ist sehr stabil, und das Kissen richtet sich nach dem Winkel des zu hebenden Objekts. (S. Bild oben).

For the record: The Multiforce is one single airbag with two chambers. These are not two separate bags that require to be connected – a very time consuming task. The equipment is the same as Maxiforce, so your regulators and controllers can be used with both.

There is only one connection required, the bag is then positioned with the incorporated handle, which can be removed if necessary. The air is first introduced into the lower chamber. An internal valve opens at about two bar pressure and channels the air to the upper chamber. The result is a very stable lift, with the bag following the load angle (see picture above).

*Niederdruck-Hebekissen verschiedener Größen sollten Bestandteil der AAO bei Tiefbauunfällen sein, zum Verfüllen von Hohlräumen. Low pressure bags of various sizes should be part of the equipment cache for Trench Rescues.
